We DO NOT offer a Nationwide flower & plant delivery service at present. We only deliver within our local area – Please check the list below before placing your order.

Same day deliveries - flowers & plants

To order a bouquet for same day delivery on-line, please choose the ‘Bespoke bouquet’ range. The cut off time is 12 noon on the day you require the flowers to be delivered, orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day.

Any flower or colour preferences, please make us aware in the 'flower preferences' box.

Alternatively if you would like to order for same day collection, please call our shop on 01924 267202 (ext 3).

Next day or future date deliveries - flowers & plants

All the bouquets & plants shown are available for next day and future date delivery; Please make sure you have placed your order by 3pm, orders placed after this time will be delivered next day +1.

Logistics - flowers & plants

We deliver from 9am to 5pm throughout the day. We cannot guarantee specific time slots, with exception to funeral work and adhering to working hours, if we are delivering to a work address.

Issues - flowers & plants

If the person we have delivered to isn’t in, we have the right to leave them in a safe place, or with a willing neighbour. Failing this we will return the flowers to the shop and the recipient will be left a card asking them to call to arrange re-delivery.

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.
We do not accept any liability for incorrect postcodes or house names or numbers leading to deliveries to incorrect addresses.

Standard delivery £5.95 unlimited products
Orders £100 or over FREE delivery.
Orders are despatched using Royal Mail - a signature will be required on delivery.

Delivery timescales - Nationwide gift product deliveries

Expect to receive your products within 3 to 5 days.

We do not offer a next day delivery service at present, however we will endevour to post your items as quickly as possible if required, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01924 666918 to express this service.

Cancellation 

You have the right to cancel your order 48 hours prior to the goods being delivered. 

You are however entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

Returns - Nationwide gift product deliveries

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Ruby Bloom, however if you would like to return any items or your purchase is unsuitable (*certain restrictions apply), we are happy to provide a refund or exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition. To receive a refund you must return the goods to us within 28 days of delivery.

All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected.

If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at the address above. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. 
We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Ruby Bloom is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

Restrictions - we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on gift vouchers, food items, flowers, plants or toiletries.

Damaged/Faulty Goods: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email internetsales@rubybloom.co.uk or call 01924 666918 immediately. We advise you to check your purchase as soon as it is delivered.
