Ruby Bloom opened it’s doors in September 2006 with a mixture of excitement, optimism and a little apprehension!

My aim was to create an environment where people would feel inspired and exhilarated when they walked through the door. To feel comfortable to just browse and ask questions, without feeling intimidated.

I understand that the whole shopping experience needs to feel right, from start to finish. Its not just the product you are purchasing, but the experience you have whilst doing this. I want my customers to be welcomed with enthusiasm and courtesy regardless how big or small their needs are, to leave feeling satisfied and happy that they have received far more than they have given.

We have recently been listed by the F&WB magazine as one of the top 250 florists in the country, we must be doing something right!
