We DO NOT offer a Nationwide flower & plant delivery service at present. We only deliver within our local area – Please check the list below before placing your order.

SAME DAY FLOWER & PLANT DELIVERIES
To order flowers or plants for same day delivery, please call the shop on 01924 265773 before 12noon. Please do not send emails or messages through social media channels; Whilst we check these regularly there is a risk they could get unnoticed when we are particularly busy in store.
NEXT DAY/FUTURE FLOWER & PLANT DELIVERIES
All bouquets & plants are available for next day and future date delivery; Please make sure you have placed your order by 3pm, orders placed after this time will be delivered next day +1.
DAYS WE DO NOT DELIVER OR EXCEPT ORDERS VIA THE WEBSITE
We do not offer a delivery service on Sunday's, except Mother's Day.
We do not except website orders to be processed for flower or plant deliveries on Monday's. This is due to our stock levels being limited. To arrange a Monday delivery you will need to call the shop on 01924 265773 to place your order. NB we do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
FLOWER & PLANT DELIVERY CHARGES
Our local delivery charge is £6.95 this includes unlimited additional gifts. Orders £100 or over FREE delivery
LOGISTICS FLOWER & PLANTS
We deliver from 9am to 6pm throughout the day. We cannot guarantee specific time slots, with exception to funeral work and adhering to working hours, if we are delivering to a work address.
ISSUES DELIVERING FLOWERS & PLANTS
If the person we have delivered to isn’t in, we have the right to leave them in a safe place, or with a willing neighbour. Failing this we will return the flowers to the shop and the recipient will be left a card asking them to call to arrange re-delivery.
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.
We do not accept any liability for incorrect postcodes or house names or numbers leading to deliveries to incorrect addresses. If we have to re-deliver due to incorrect address details we will charge an additional delivery charge.

Greeting cards ONLY £2.95, standard delivery, unlimited amount.
Orders £100 or over FREE delivery.
Orders are despatched using Royal Mail - a signature will be required on delivery.
NATIONWIDE, GIFT PRODUCT DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
Expect to receive your products within 3 to 5 working days.
We do not offer a next day delivery service at present, however we will endeavour to post your items as quickly as possible if required, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01924 265773 to express this service.
You have the right to cancel your order 48 hours prior to the goods being delivered.
You are however entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Ruby Bloom, however if you would like to return any items or your purchase is unsuitable (*certain restrictions apply), we are happy to provide a refund or exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in a fully resale-able condition. To receive a refund you must return the goods to us within 28 days of delivery.

All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected.
If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at the address above. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Ruby Bloom is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
Restrictions - we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on gift vouchers, food items, flowers, plants or toiletries.
Damaged/Faulty Goods: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email email@example.com or call 01924 265773 immediately. We advise you to check your purchase as soon as it is delivered.
